Love it!
this brest friend is very helpful! great back support and durablity for babies head! i have a boppy too, it moves and you have to keep shifting it to get comfy. the brest friend is worth the money if you are going to breast feed!

Very Helpful
I bought this just before I had my first infant. It made nursing so much easier. It is made of foam material, and thus holds it shape no matter what position you move it in. It could be tilted a little, or moved around to the side, but it will stay firm. This is perfect when you're trying to get the baby in the right position. It was amazing how much more difficult it was trying to nurse with a regular pillow, especially when she was teeny tiny. Much easier on your back and arms. The only downside was that when I went out without it I was pretty bad at getting her in the right position!
There are two raised bumps at either end which gently raises your baby's head. My baby would often fall asleep on this pillow, so it's firm but comfortable. Nice that you can literally carry your baby with it to her crib. There is a strap that goes around your waist, with a buckle (NOT velcro), meaning you can get out of it without waking up baby.
I can't tell you how much this assisted me in the early days. Definitely coming to the hospital for the next go round. I will likely buy more covers. Also - I was a size 12 after birth and this fit me with plenty of room to spare.

Great product, but purchase a boppy as well.
This was the first and only nursing pillow I intended to buy when I had my daughter.
The pros are:
1) You can strap the pillow around your body and walk around (with one arm supporting the front of the pillow) if need be. I'm not suggesting to be reckless while wearing this pillow, but the option to have one hand free is available. (I could not put my daughter down for 2 months, so it was wonderful to be able to have an extra hand)
2) The pillow has little cushion type bumps built into the pillow beneath each breast; it helps to position baby's head in line with the nipple.
While this product was beneficial to me in so many ways (including sitting down to have a meal with my husband), I have used a boppy for bedtime nursing SO much more. The boppy is so much softer and therefore lends itself better to sit in a regular couch chair or rocker/glider.
