I am wowed..
I opened the box, looked at the odd looking pieces and thought how can one play this toy. But boy, was I wrong? my whole family, grand parents, parents, kids, all had so much fun making shapes out of this toy. It is remarkably easy to make complex shapes. I will give this toy 10 stars if I can. The pieces are very solid and sturdy.

Cool Toy and Kinda Nerdy
Wedgits is a cool toy, a great alternative to other conventional blocks. The starter set is made up of 15 colorful pieces. It is easy enough for the little ones because unlike Duplos you do not need to press hard to stack them. They are also light enough that even if the blocks fall it won't hurt their fingers. There are myriad of ways to stack them that it is really a fun way to encourage creativity and motor control.
The box says for ages 3 to 103. My 2 year old is having fun with them along with her older brother who is 4. I love tinkering with them too but as with the older kids, it could have been more fun if there are more pieces.

Good Buy
The whole family loves this gift. I got it for our 2 year-old son. Not only does he enjoy it, but sometimes the family uses the blocks to see who can build the tallest tower and similar activities. Lots of fun.
