Best Pads

These pads have been great for me. With my first baby, I used washable pads which were very obvious under clothing and did not prevent my shirt from getting wet during let down. My baby and I both got thrush several times because of the dampness. I have a four month old now, and opted to go the disposable route. These pads cover very well, and the absorbency power is amazing. I agree with other reviews, that the pads do not stick to the bra very well ... but I don't even bother with the stickies. I just make sure to position the pad well after nursing, and it stays in place on it's own. Best part - no thrush this time! I go through about a box a month. Money well spent :)

Best choice

I tried Lansinoh, Avent, Johnson and Medela pads... Medela was by far the best. They all hold the milk well (and I always had a lot, A LOT!) Why is the best? Is the only one I used that was really discret

Most absorbent, although fit could be improved

These are the only nursing pads I buy now, after trying many. I agree with the comments of other reviewers: the pads do bunch, and don't always stick as well as could be hoped. However, I leak like CRAZY and these are the only pads that can keep up. The Lansinoh pads fit nicely, but they leak for me! (What's the point!) These don't leak, and are thin enough not to show through.
