Excellent - Value added and my baby slept through the night!
I can't believe the reviews here. . . Sounds like marketing to me. Anyway, this video was extremely helpful. It was easy to follow. I did the massages with my baby as we watched the video. Excellent techniques. Well worth the investment. If you are going to purchase one infant massage video or give a baby gift. . .This is the one to buy. Highly recommended.

It's OK but there are better ways you can spend your money.
I sometimes pay a professional baby massage therapist to work on my little one. I have tried to save money by doing it myself and have seen several DVDs. This one is OK but for the money, try Aimee Ketchum's. She not only is a good instructor, she seems like a loving mom and is certified as a physical therapist. She also has great exercises and doesn't expect you to spend an hour at a time for the benifits of baby massage on your baby.

Just another average video. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a quality product on this subject.
Happy hunting.
