Even the most comfortable beds become uncomfortable during pregnancy. The Back 'N Belly contoured body pillow helps moms-to-be find a comfortable sleeping position. The hourglass-shape inner curve provides needed support to both back and belly. The design cradles the body, making middle-of-the-night rollovers effortless with no need to reposition and adjust multiple pillows. Once Baby is born, it supports Mom's back and cushions Baby for comfortable nursing. The cover is removable and machine washable. 100% polyester fiberfill. Made in USA.

A must have for pregnant people!!
I ordered this pillow when I was around 5 months pregnant, and I can't tell you what a life saver it's been. I tend to switch from side to side during the night, and the best part about this pillow is that it's there for you on both sides, so you don't have to lug a huge one sided body pillow over to the other side of the bed with you. I am now huge and due in 4 weeks, and I would be so unhappy if I had a body pillow that I had to switch around like that. This pillow supports my legs and belly perfectly. I use another pillow for my head, on top of the body pillow, because it's better for my heartburn to be proped up more. Without an additional pillow I think my head would be pretty flat. I read all the reviews on amazon before I decided which pillow to order. I am so glad I got this one. You won't be sorry!

Could not have lived without this!
This has to be hands down the best pregnancy investment I made. At about 17 weeks my hips, back and legs began aching due to the expanding weight in the middle- by the third trimester I was taking this with me on vacation! It is a huge pillow- but its size is not for naught- it helps you sleep even when you are so uncomfortable you have to reposition yourself 100 times a night- but you don't have to reposition a rigged "pillow fortress"- I wish I had this during my 1st pregnancy. This pillow has it all. The only downfall is that now that my baby is 2 months old it is hard to get rid of! It is that comfortable!

Great Pregnancy Pillow!!!
I got this pillow early on in my first trimester when sleeping was already an issue. Now I am almost at the end of my pregnancy (36 weeks) and I have used it nearly the entire time. Here is my take on those who were seriously unhappy with this product, you're pregnant and uncomfortable and nothing is going to get you sleeping like you did before being pregnant. I still have trouble getting a great night of sleep, but the pillow really helps. It is very large and would be ideal for a king size bed over my queen size, but it still works. It helps to have an understanding husband who doesn't mind losing some of his bed space. I also use a regular bed pillow with this and that helps me move into a more comfortable position and get extra support where needed. It has not lost its shape at all and continues to add lots of support for my growing belly. I have used it with the curve at the top and find that works best for me and is easier to move around with than having the u shape by my legs. I also have used it with the two ends at my head, but only for shorter naps or to read.
The cons on this are that the pillowcase isn't the highest quality fabric and felt uncomfortable compared to my nice sheets. So, I had my mother-in-law sew another pillowcase from h
