Just lay it across the bed (over the bottom sheet). The large absorbent pad holds up to 6 cups of liquid and allows your infant to easily change pads and sleep comfortably till morning. The waterproof absorbent layer contains fluid while the vinyl liner keeps the surface dry. The 34 x 36 pad has a waterproof vinyl backing and a polyester/rayon fiber content. The tuck-in overlay provides the additional benefit of side tucks to help keep the pad in position on a twin bed. Tuck-in tails are 18 inches each side. Machine washable. 2-yr warranty. Positive experience with mattress protector
I purchased two of these mattress covers for one of my infantren. They are a fairly good product in that they do protect the mattress from urine when the pull-up leaks. I like that they have tails you can tuck into the sides of the mattress, however, they still come untucked almost daily. My infant tends to move around a lot in his sleep. I was expecting these protectors to stay put despite his moving around, but they do often come untucked. Overall I am quite satisfied with the product. If I need to purchase more in the future, I would purchase more of this product without hesitation. It is so much easier to wash the mattress covers rather than washing everything on the bed.

I Love this waterproof pad
We have used several waterproof pads over the past few years for my family. This one is the absolute BEST! We bought two pads and a Malem Ultimate Bedwetting Alarm - Blue 1 Tone w/Vibration and now my son is permanently DRY. Thank you Bedwetting Store.
