Description
From the Manufacturer
The SwaddleMe® provides the simplest way to swaddle with soft fabric wings that hug your baby close. A leg pouch pops down for quick diaper changes while leaving baby comfortably swaddled. As baby grows, wings adjust for a customized fit for your baby. Swaddling soothes infants by recreating the comforting snugness of the womb and new research shows that swaddling may help reduce the risk of SIDS by promoting better sleep when babies are on their backs. Pediatricians recommend swaddling to soothe and comfort newborns, helping them sleep better and also to help reduce colic. A percentage of each SwaddleMe® sold is donated to First Candle / SIDS Alliance to help babies survive and thrive.
Product Description
Pediatricians recommend swaddling to comfort and soothe newborns, but loose blankets are difficult to keep snug. SwaddleMe wings have Velcrotabs, to wrap up your newborn and stay comfortably in place. As baby grows, wings readjust for a perfect fit. SwaddleMe wings are easily opened to prevent overheating, and the leg pouch can be popped down for a quick diaper checking or changing. SwaddleMe can also be used in the car seat, simply insert car seat harnesses through the access slits!

SwaddleMe Fleece
I'm very happy with the SwaddleMe wrap. It really is the easiest way to swaddle a baby - which really helps them to sleep. The fleece wrap can't be put in the tumble dryer - that is the only problem with this. There is quite a difference in size between the small and large - no medium. My baby needed the large for the length rather than weight (24.5 in and 12.5lbs).
If you are having problems in getting your baby to sleep I recommend trying this. Even if the baby doesn't like to be swaddled at first give it a couple of days and they will get used to it.

Best swaddle around
We had this in the smaller size for my son and he loves it. But had trouble finding it locally in the larger size when he grew out of the small one. He loves it, and so do we.

Happy Baby, Happy Mommy!
We have been using the Miracle Blanket for our son since his birth three months ago. He's recently entered the stage that he fights being swaddled, but really needs it in order to get a good night's sleep. He started to kick and squirm his way out of the Miracle Blanket and he couldn't fall back to sleep - plus that meant a loose blanket in his crib, which makes me nervous. (And I am the Queen of tight swaddles, so it wasn't too loose...) This blanket stays put - and if our son does squirm his way out of it, the blanket remains velcroed shut and wrapped around his mid-section. I don't have to worry about a loose blanket up around his face. I'm buying another one tomorrow!
