Insufficient coverage for breastfeeding
While the fabric is nice and soft, and the shawl is attractive overall, this product fails miserably in its fundamental task: providing coverage for public breastfeeding. Although it gives you adequate fabric in the front, the shawl is so short on the sides that it exposes the bare skin of your abdomen when you lift your shirt from the waist up to breastfeed. I suppose it would work well with specially-designed breastfeeding blouses which open from the shoulder downwards, but you definitely cannot use it with regular shirts.

Useful and Attractive Nursing Cover
This is my first nursing shawl, so I can't comment on the others, but I love this one! It easily folds up very small in the included pouch, so I can take it everywhere. It's very lightweight and breathable, so I feel comfortable nursing my little one underneath. In a pinch, I can use it as a blanket to lay my baby on or to shade the carseat, and it's washed very easily. It doesn't have one of the hoops I've heard other nursing covers have, but I have no difficulty peeking at my baby when I want to, and when I'm sitting in a restaurant or someplace else, no one would know I'm nursing except for the feet sticking out!

Best nursing shawl ever!
This is the best nursing shawl ever! It covers very well, doesn't fall off but still gives the baby plenty of air and space to breathe. The reviewer who gave it one star just couldn't get the hang of it, because I never have a problem. I highly recommend!
