Goat's Rue Review
I think this stuff works pretty good. I have PCOS so anything I can use to improve my supply is good. I think you really need to follow the directions to a "t" to get it to work properly though. I still don't make enough to sustain my infant, but every little bits helps.

Works better than Fenugreek
Fenugreek didnt help increase my supply much so at the recommendation of a friend I decided to order Goat's Rue. Literally within 24 hours, my supply was back up. My baby only nurses at night because I have to work so it helps keeps my supply up so I can continue nursing her at night. I definitely recommend this especially if Fenugreek isnt working.
