Bearings and customer support
We have this stroller for one month now. We bought this stroller for taking long walks on the neighboring streets. So, we use it without locking the swivel.
From the beginning it was shaking a bit when going over obstacles - the gaps between sidewalk tiles or the sidewalk rise. Last week, it started to shake all the time. When checking, I found one of the swivel's bearings broken and the other one quite noisy. Since then, I am fighting with Tiketech customer support to receive an answer, at least - hopefully the replacement bearings. We haven't received anything, so far. In the mean time, I was able to find the code for these bearings but I found that they are priced at $20 CDN each. Considering that the stroller is still under warranty, I continue to hope that Tiketech's support will wake up and give me an answer.
Anyhow, briefly, this is my opinion regarding the stroller:
- the stroller weigh less than others and is very easy to use and handle.
- the stroller is rather difficult to fit a normal sedan's trunk; one have to remove all the wheels for making it small enough
- it looks to be quite unreliable; the above mentioned bearings are not presenting any inscription at all - probably they are cheap crappy stuff made in China, otherwise I cannot understand how could they broke after one month of using the stroller on sidewalks only
- the customer support is really bad; let's all hope that we will no longer need them - the communication with them is especially difficult by all means (phone and email).
Because of all my problems with the labor and parts quality, as well as with the customer support, I give them 2 stars - to be honest, it looks to be quite a high ranking considering the above problems.
However, it is a petty considering that I really loved this stroller in the beginning.

Not a stroller for jogging
The Good-
~The handle bars adjust so you can find a comfortable height.
~The canopy has a large window to keep an eye on the infant.
~It fully reclines and has a 5 point harness.
~The front wheel can lock if you want it to only go straight.
The Bad-
~When the front wheel is unlocked to turn, it does not turn very smoothly. We have to use firm hands to maneuver it.
~The 5 point harness is confusing and takes a long time to do. It takes up to 4 different buckles and hooks to get the little guy in.
~It is very bulky and cumbersome to move when folded up.
The Ugly-
This is NOT a jogging stroller. In the manual it clearly states it is for walking purposes only. If we had known this we would have spent the same amount of money on a stroller that we could also jog with.
Too bad hubby threw the box away :P.
