pure white noise, not for me
I was so happy to see pure white noise, and bought it. I am happy for the people it has worked for. But, so far it has not helped at all only worse.
The first morning I woke up after trying to sleep for 2 hours, my ears were ringing worse than ever. Last nite I ended up turning it off before the first hour, my buzzing ears did not get blocked, and all I heard was this static from the cd, and my ears, I wish I would have tried the fan, it sounds like more people got relief from that cd.

Perfect White Noise!!
Ok honestly, it kinda sounds like smooth static (but that is what white noise sounds like) but boy it works like a charm! I love to read but get distracted easy. I wanted something that would block out all the distracting sounds in the house so I could concentrate on what I was reading. After I put on this CD it did knock out all the other noise and after a couple of minutes I got used to it and didn't even notice it was playing. I am able to read in peace and quiet for hours now (I put the CD on repeat) without getting distracted. A perfect solution for me and the price was right too. If you want white noise, you can't go wrong with this CD.
