Do not order this crib!

The crib arrived missing key pieces the base and the drawer, also two parts were broken, the footboard and caster. Not to mention the 3 week wait for delivery. I called Amazon and they could not help me; worst of all the rep could barely speak english far less understand that I needed parts not a replacement crib? I then contacted the company directly and they were just as useless...not what I expected from Amazon or Storkcraft.

Don't waste your time or money on this and save yourself from the frustartion. Preparing for baby should be enjoyable, not a serious chore!

Nice crib but no drawer

We were very happy with the Quality of this crib and how easily it went together (a few minutes).

One thing to be aware of is that this crib DOES NOT include a drawer.

As of the date of this review this item is still shipped as a model without the drawer.

But, again, other than the drawer this is a very nice adjustable crib.

NIce crib but wrong crib

We originally ordered this crib months ago and you see, it says it comes with a drawer, well, it doesn't!! Amazon is still displaying the incorrect ITEM number to go with the Riley Crib. It is one number off and when someone orders it, they will get the "non drawer" crib. I tried to rectify the situation and they reorderd it for me after returning it and it still came without the drawer and it was also cracked. So finally, after 3 deliveries, I received a crib I could use but still the one without the drawer. Apparantly, Amazon does not sell the one with the drawer. So, my review is that the crib is beautiful but Amazon screwed up big time on this one.
