Doesn't work, save your $$$
My 8-year-old bought this with her own money -- thought it would be fun to put songs and videos on it. We have been trying for two weeks get the download software to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software many times, traded numerous emails with the company, and have been sent new software to try. (There is little online support or trouble shooting -- you have to email the company to get questions answered. See their 1-page website; what a joke.) Then, I bought another, thinking maybe I got a lemon. That one doesn't work either! So, now my daughter has two $[...] teddy bears that play a couple of pre-loaded toddler songs. Both will be returned for a refund if I don't run them over with my car first. My daughter is mad; I am madder. I wish I would have read reviews before we spent the money and a too much time on it.

BEWARE OF THE DESCRIPTION ON THIS SITE
I didn't buy the product... I drove to Target to take a look at it in person and didn't buy it because the box says that the product is for ages 3 and up and shows very little kids playing with it on the box. I'm mentioning this because the Amazon site says that this product is for ages 10 and up - that's wrong.
*** - this site will not let you leave a review without rating the item using the stars... I chose 3 stars (in the middle) because I know nothing about the actual quality of the product
