Help for nursing moms
I used Lasinoh after every feeding for the first month of nursing my new baby. It really helped ease some of the initial discomfort. Now we hardly ever need i, but I still keep it handy just in case.

The "Breast" Nipple Cream Out There!!
You'll definitely need it either if you are nursing or pumping milk. The best stuff out there (in my opinion) is Lansinoh.
It brought me GREAT relief for my very sore nipples when I was pumping and a little goes a long way.
